Van Leeuwen Green Horticultural Services — Lawn Mowing in Elwood, VIC

Recently we lost two Box Elder trees forming a nice looking alley along the path and providing shadow for lawn grass. Original garden design was unique, nice and smart but then came Van Leeuwen and proposed to put one big tree, 5 Upright Silver Birches and 3 shrubs. The plan looked good but at the end the plan was dramatically changed. Van Leeuwen putted 3 Upright Birches and a small tree only. Now all 3 birches are bеnt chasing for the Sun because they sitting closely to the huge fig tree. Van Leeuwen could not predict the birches behavior in the future. Also the lawn lost partial shadow cause of the grass is slowly replacing with weeds. A part of the lawn lost grass completely. Even weeds do not grow there; only burned soil. My window view now is 3 birches looking like three bent sticks 10 meters in height and burned soil. Many owners want back the original garden design created 60 years ago. My rating is 4 stars for the initial design, 1 star for the final design so average 3 stars.

Dear Hendrick, I wanted to feed back to you how wonderful the garden looks since your total restoration in May. The property is now for sale and the garden looks amazing. The turf has grown beautifully and all the edges are now invisible. The garden plants are flowering and growing like crazy with this Spring rain and warmer weather. It is quite beautiful. Of all the money spent on the property getting it ready for sale, the money spent on the garden has given us our most 'bang for buck'. A really lovely job that was done so quickly and professionally.
