Very happy with the job done - removal of a palm tree in a confined space and hedge cutting. They were also cost competitive. Will be recommending them to friends and family. From quote to post-job Callum was extremely responsive to calls and texts, efficient and easy to deal with. We had such a great experience with Richmond Tree Specialist. Callum, the arborist, was incredibly knowledgeable, and his team was highly skilled and professional throughout the entire two-day job (one day was pretty wet). The work was very close to the house, but they handled everything with absolute care — not a single part of the roof was touched or damaged. The results are fantastic, and the property was left spotless when they finished. We really appreciated the clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine care they put into the work. We’ll definitely be calling them again for any future tree care.

I would highly recommend Richmond Tree Specialists for any type of tree pruning … Callum was very friendly, easy to talk to and explained everything in a very professional manner. He and his team of 2 worked together effortlessly … our huge gum tree was a real challenge for one (who I’m sure was trained by a monkey!!)
