Came here all the way from the west and had the pleasure of meeting James. He was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Me and my partner are new to fishing so we had no idea what to get and what to do. He was extremely patient with us the whole time and always knew exactly where everything was. He knows everything about fishing!!! Exceptional customer service from this store. I received an online order today that I had paid extra for express shipping and it arrived missing a piece. Massive shout out to Adam who drove 70kms return trip to our house to swap out our order so we had all the pieces in time for our trip away in 2 days! Thank you!!!!

Great and quick service! I had an issue with an online shoe order where the left and right shoes were different sizes. The staff quickly exchanged them for the correct pair and also refunded the shipping cost. Its better to buy in store rather than online.
