We wanted to do a lot of renovations and improvements on a new house and never having done anything like this previously we were anxious. But since our first meeting we felt we were in right hands. Everything thing was completed to the highest standards and I would highly recommend him for any renovations you’re planning.

We chose Jay Next Door based on a local recommendation, and they have done an absolutely outstanding job! We engaged the team on a range of projects at our house, from replacing a ceiling and helping fix a leaking balcony, to painting and plaster repairs, to landscaping. Jay, Rida and Emma were an absolute delight to work with. Their attention to detail, communication, work ethic and uncompromising attitude on quality was so greatly appreciated by us. The balcony had been an ongoing issue, and we had engaged many people prior to JND to try to assess and fix the problem. It has only been through Jay’s efforts to remove the ceiling below, meticulously and patiently assess the issue, and put a fix in place that we now have a completely leak-free balcony and perfectly repaired ceiling below, that now looks better than it ever did. Jay went above and beyond in the repair work. We had a ceiling rose that I loved that had to be removed and replaced in order to fix the issue, Jay went and got a mould done of the old ceiling rose so a brand new one, identical to the old could be installed. They also repainted some external door and window frames, and again went above and beyond, not just painting them but doing repair work to the frames to make them look brand new. They fixed a gate that wasn’t closing properly, painted the front door and replaced the top of a picket fence post, finding a replica to match the rest of the fence. In our courtyard, they painted the fences and trellis and installed a garden bed along the fence line to lift the entire look of the courtyard. I thoroughly recommend Jay Next Door, they have done a brilliant job and I wouldn’t hesitate to engage them again. Thanks!

Jay was good; from the very first consultation to the final result creating a brand-new custom door frame, to re-hanging my existing door, and painting it beautifully. The team were great. The fact they managed fit us in right before Christmas truly felt like a Christmas miracle for me and my partner. Our job felt like mission impossible, they went above and beyond to help us reclaim and keep our original door something no one else believed could be done.
