Tile Cleaning Experts — Outdoor Paving in Hawthorn, VIC

Booked for a tile cleaning in late December. Paid a 50% deposit, then ghosted us - didn't show up on the day, hasn't answered calls or messages, and website is now down. Two months later, not a peep, has just vanished with our money.

Such a fantastic experience with the Tile Cleaning Experts! They were extremely helpful and got back to us quickly in the initial quote stage, providing options and clearly explaining what might be needed and why. The overall price was very reasonable and the floor now looks amazing. The tiles in the property we live in are a very porous stone and we thought they shouldn't be as dark as they appeared upon moving in. The attached photo shows the dry floor with one part cleaned and one part not yet done. As you can see, such a fantastic job was done. We're super thankful with how friendly, timely, reasonable and helpful you were. We appreciate your great work and helpfulness very much! Thank you for your efforts. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a tile cleaner. Genuinely the best experience with a trade/contractor in quite some time. Took the stress right out of the experience.

In a recent renovation, we laid mosaic tiles on floor of two bathrooms. Whilst they were lovely to look at, they caught all the dirt. Adam did a sensational job of deep cleaning them and then sealing. The tiles came up beautifully and are much easier to clean and maintain. Thank you Adam.

Adam and his guys saved my dark satin finish tiles from needing to be ripped up and replaced. They had superglue trails everywhere and the strongest toxic glue solvent gel from Bunnings and two hours hand scrubbing just made them worse. These guys carefully masked off all adjoining surfaces ( skirting boards, carpet, walls and cabinetry.) The strongest removal mix possibly softened the glue but Adam ended up finely machine honing the ruined surface and once cleaned applied two coats of penetrating sealer. Five well earned stars and highly recommended.
