We have had a real tree for many years now. The service is reliable and efficient. This year we have moved to an apartment so I opted for the Delivery/setup/removal. It’s not cheap but well worth it simplifies the whole process and the trees are ‘recycled’. Bonus. Merry Christmas 🎄

We’ve used this company for our trees for years, but this is the first year I’ve had one delivered. I ordered late Sunday night in a panic, and the tree was on my doorstep by 11am the next morning. It was exactly what this busy mum needed to tick one thing off the list! Please note my kids get full decorating privileges… 😆 My dog also loves her Christmas tree water each year. 🙄 Thank you so much. Mum, kid, and schnauzer recommended!

*Update* It's odd that you say you don't have this order on record as I have many records of the order as well as the attached photo of your delivery update with phone number. Strange. NO. JUST NO. Paid for a tree with installation. It arrived Sunday, was set up crooked, and the installer kept “fixing” it before leaving. By Thursday, the whole thing had fallen over. Broken ornaments, shattered glass, soaked carpet, damaged furniture. After multiple calls, they offered a tiny refund and a replacement tree. Absolutely not. I asked for a full refund and they collect the mess. Go anywhere else. Not worth the stress.

WOW, the most amazing Christmas tree arrived early this morning. It was wrapped which made it really easy to move inside & put into place. It really is the most beautiful looking tree, I can’t wait to decorate it. Ordering & delivery seamless, highly recommend.

I am a repeat customer of Real Christmas Trees Melbourne and i recommend them to anyone and everyone! The trees are beautiful and nothing beats the smell of a real tree. Not only is the product great but so is the customer service. Sadly this year due to unforeseen circumstances I had to reschedule my tree delivery before ultimately cancelling. Quinn and the team were quick to respond to me, patient, understanding and accommodating. Looking forward to buying a tree from them next year! 🎄
