If you're going to go 20km/hr over the speed limit on a winding road up the side of a mountain, then overtake over solid double lines on a blind corner almost hitting a car going the opposite direction, then tailgate another car so close you're almost kissing it, probably don't do it in your work vehicle with your company logo plastered all over it. Leaf and Limb is an easy name to remember when you really are risking life and limb on our roads.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was far from satisfactory. Although the team completed the work exactly as written in the quote, the quote itself did not reflect what was clearly discussed. When I raised this, I was told, “You must be confused,” which was both dismissive and inaccurate — I’d taken notes and received multiple quotes that all outlined the same scope of work. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns about the safety of the tree after they removed all branches from just one side, I was told, “We would never tell you a tree is safe, that’s not our job.” Frankly, it’s hard to understand how a company calling itself tree loppers or arborists can take that attitude. What began as a mid-range quote has ended up being the most expensive, as I’ll now have to pay another company to complete the job as originally requested. I would strongly recommend confirming every detail in writing before engaging this business.

Dylan and his team were working on the neighbors tree removal, they needed to use our driveway to get to the tree. ALL the guys were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and were great at communicating their needs. Would highly recommend Dylan and the team

On top of their great communication and punctuality, they went above and beyond to assist with the tree and limb removal required, working within the constraints of a tight access site and leaving it perfectly clean and tidy.
