Went to Aus Grass this afternoon needing help to find an off cut for a small area after having our hot water system tank removed and not being able to contact the business we originally went through - The team at Aus Grass were super friendly and more than happy to help us out and look after us! We were shocked at how generous they were and happy to help us even though we weren’t original customers! After this brief dealing with them I would definitely have any further work or maintenance done by them just based off their incredible customer service and willingness to help!

As a start, the customer service walking in was absolutely tremendous with Damian helping us find the perfect grass for our yard. Day of works went incredibly smoothly and if you're lucky enough to get Luke as your installer you'll be incredibly impressed by the hard work, quality, clean up and all round personality. If you don't know where to start for artificial grass then head to Ausgrass in hoppers crossing. We had Damien as our consultant and from the very beginning we found professionalism, easy to communicate with, understood our vision and our requirements and recommended their amazing installers Luke and Joel for installation. Luke and Joel were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, clean and was a quick service and they did amazing job. Our backyard is a place now to be used by the whole family including our fur babies which we can enjoy all year round. Thank you for the exceptional service its exceeded our expectations.
