Great customer service, helped me out just prior to Christmas with a blocked pump. Problem sorted in a couple of hours. Definitely recommend.

Purchased a submersible pump for a cellar pit. staff were very helpful in advising parts I would need to pumb it in. Spent the time with me to make sure I had everything I needed. I Saved me time and money. Thanks again for great service 👍 will be back

Terrible. Told them what our rainbird system was and then when the technician arrived he was unable to repair it due to a lack of knowledge of the rainbird system and software. While the technician was at our premises he spent most of the time contacting colleagues to try to understand our system. This wasn’t a big deal that he couldn’t work on our system but we didn’t expect them to bill us. When I went to the store to question the bill I was abused by a female staff member and asked to leave the store. Terrible customer service. Won’t be returning or recommending to my clients. Update: 1. The software IS rainbird software. Your technician was told prior to the call this was the case. Software and the App are the rainbird MI series. I still have the App on my phone. 2. After repeatedly being told that the customer would be charged I asked to speak to a manager. No manager was on site 3. Your staff were argumentative and extremely resistant to listening to the facts. 4. Despite no manager being on-site and having second hand information you called the client to complain that I was abusive. 5. I had a friend with me in the shop at the time who witnessed your staff members lack of support and her argumentative manner. 6. I had visited your store many times prior to the day in question, spending hundreds of dollar on RAINBIRD PRODUCTS for the client in question. 7. I repeatedly mentioned to your staff member that the technician “did his best” but was unfamiliar with the system. He was on the phone for nearly 45 minutes to colleagues during the service call trying to get a handle on the system. 8. My primary concern that was the client shouldn’t be charged for non-service. It’s no surprise that your staff offer such terrible, non-customer focused service based on your reply. Next time call the person in question rather than complaining to his employer and maybe you’ll be educated instead of relying on second hand information and making excuses for poor service.

Very knowledgeable and super helpful. I was having to deal with water tanks, dams and pumps for the first time as i had moved from a residential area. They saved me thousands in dolars and weeks of labour with their professional knowledge and helpful attitude and advice. Super highly recommended.
