Rob has an encyclopaedic knowledge of all things botanical. He listened, ask questions and created a vision of what we proposed on his tablet. My small unappealing flat lawn space was transformed into a place of depth and harmony using swales, magical steps and an imaginative combination of plants. Rob is a very clean and energetic worker. He has an interesting and engaging personality. A pleasure to do business with. I now have a beautiful native garden to relax and enjoy.

It took 5 minutes in Ron’s own garden to have me hooked. Such a quick delightful inspiration was both Rob’s garden and Rob. Rob who, in 10 days transformed and renovated our garden. Making it safe, enhancing our structures and ideas and lifting the garden to new heights. All done proficiently and we’re very happy with the result. He immediately knew how to uplift the garden to new heights and we can’t wait to see how it develops going forward. Very friendly and always up for a chat. In May, 2025 we visited Rob’s own garden with our local Probus club. I was immediately struck by the ambience, harmony, function and its stunning design. On the spot we decided to engage his services. Our front and back gardens had been partially developed, but never completed. It consisted of dry stone walls, gravel paths, several large trees and numerous shrubs on a steeply sloping block. A challenging task!! Two days later we had an initial design consultation at our home. Our brief required off street car parking for four cars and the inclusion of native plants. Apart from that Rob was given a blank canvas. Using a software package he drew up his ideas. One main feature was to be the use of sawn granite pavers as a path to completely encompass the house. Other suggestions, which we took up, would require the services of trades such as plumbers, concreters and carpenters which we organized through Rob, using trusted tradespersons. On 2nd June and three days after our first meeting with Rob he started on site. On 18th July handover took place, 3 weeks before schedule. He does not sub contract the landscaping tasks and was on site every day. The result has exceeded all our expectations. Having read reviews left by other clients there is little left for me to add. Rob is a brilliant horticulturist, passionate about the job and dedicated to achieving the very best result for his clients. Rob is extremely reliable and professional and his work ethic is second to none but more importantly his knowledge of plants and advice offered has been invaluable. What totally amazed me was the speed at which Rob worked. We cannot wait to see how the gardens develop in the next 12-18 months and have no hesitation in recommending Rob to anyone wanting a stunning garden to enjoy. “What I am really going to miss are his cheerful early morning greetings and our friendly verbal banter throughout the day.”
