While it's a lovely showroom, the product delivered is poor quality. If you want crazy pave that is all clearly broken and customer service that insists that is just what it is, this is the place for you. Premium price. Poor quality. Disappointed

We have returned to Eco several times over the years, and they continue to impress us with their dedication to service and quality products. We tried to match a new bean bag for our daughter with an old one my son has, and they went above and beyond in searching their inventory, including display stock! From sales to the storeroom staff, this team is superb. A big shout out to Pip, Paula, Marcus and Heath. Thanks guys! We'll be back.

We had a great experience, from Tom patiently giving me all the advice/ideas I needed for my Garonne stone step, to the delivery coordination call that came 20 minutes after the job was logged, and especially the guys who dropped off the stone; they went above and beyond and made the experience quite fun. Much appreciated as we were worried about how to get the stone up the driveway, but they did it for us - with a smile and a chat. Great service.

Tristan form the Eco Melbourne store did an awesome job sourcing chairs on sale from the Melbourne warehouse and shipping them to Sydney. It was very much appreciated and they look great around our outdoor dining table.

Great experience from initial contact via email to delivery of the purchased products to my home. Lead time was accurate and once the products arrived in stock the turn-around from a delivery point was unbelievable quick. Excellent service in making sure that all products were assembled at home and very friendly staff the entire way through. Very happy!
