When trying to book in my first job (which was quoted by other Gardeners) the owner pushed to block out an entire day (to cut back two hedges, cut back some banana plants and remove some pots. He then proceeded to aggressively abuse me for questioning him and told me to look for someone else as he has over 130 regular customer. His tone was unprofessional and unnecessary. I'm sure he will have something to say however you don't talk that way to your customer.
