The customer service I received from Scott was simply phenomenal. He attending the site twice to measure, advised really accurately on what stone products would suit all of my various projects and went above and beyond to help out and ensure we are looked after. Scott is also such a pleasure to chat with and always puts aside the time to assist. The showroom in Richmond is really well designed and provides really well put together displays of their range. The outdoor walls of cladding showing several pieces of stone clad onto brick in various grout options was particularly helpful, as its so hard to visualise cladding when you only have a piece or two of stone to see. I also feel that RMS's prices simply can not be matched, I spent hours researching competitors prices and RMS consistently came in cheaper for the large amounts of four different stone items I purchased. I will certainly be using RMS for all future developments and renovations in the future.

We had lots of extra time during lockdowns to renovate - tossing up between terrazzo or solid tiles and didn't really know what I was doing. Walked in to have a look at the different finishes and had a great chat to Scott who explained the pros and cons and of course I price checked to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off and was very happy overall. Thanks again and please pass on my thanks to Scott and the lady on the phone (didn't catch name sorry).
