Be verrry careful. We bought online but turns out, it was Big W "marketplace" which is a different seller with a different return policy. We're now stuck with a wrong product... so unimpressed.... too dangerous to skip Big W online...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a friendly staff member. The store is well organised and easy to navigate, with clear signage and neatly sectioned categories. There is a good variety of products across sensible price points, making it a great option if you are decorating or setting up your home on a budget while still wanting things to look tasteful. It also offers a solid selection of recognised quality brands. I have returned several times to pick up essentials and everyday basics. The store stocks a wide range of items including bedding, pillows, towels, cutlery, kitchen utensils, appliances and bathroom necessities, all at reasonable prices. There is also a small selection of food items such as coffee, sweets and snacks. During major sales, shelves can be noticeably empty and popular items often sell out quickly. It would be great to see a wider range of products, higher stock levels and more staff available on the floor to assist with enquiries- you may find a small self serve barcode reader propped somewhere in the store if you just need to check prices. Overall, it is a reliable and convenient place to start when stocking up your home.
