Went in earlier this week to pick up parts to replace the pipes under my sink. Took everything in for the team to look at and was provided with everything I needed. Customer service was pretty decent - I’m not a plumber, but the guy who served me still gave me the time of day which was super helpful.

I don't know the first thing about plumbing. The guy I spoke to was very helpful and told me what I needed to buy and do to solve the issue I was having.

Excellent service. Jim was extremely helpful when I went in today to get a shower tap fitting. He went out of his way to find the right size fitting and assembled it for me in the shop. Very happy with the service.

I needed a new brass shower tap adaptor. Brought in my old one as a sample and they had an identical new one. The guy was friendly and explained how it all went together. Also very low price. I was expecting to pay much more.
