Didn’t catch the man’s name but he owned the black dog called Sur. Absolute legend and looked after a group of us over for Oasis. Taught us the rules, let us borrow darts and had great chat. Would recommend!!!

While on a cruise we had a day in Melbourne, Australia. I sent an email to the St. Kilda Sports Club via their website, asking if my friend and I could come by to throw some darts. They responded within two hours inviting us to come by! A short tram ride and a five minute walk and we were there. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and taken to the best dart board setup I’ve ever seen! Nice boards, excellent lighting and an oche that was attached to the floor! And it was all within a few steps of a beautiful, well stocked bar. We had a great afternoon and spoke to Julie and others who wanted to meet us. If you are in Melbourne, stop by the St Kilda Sports Club! Great people, darts, lawn bowling and more! Loved it! Thank you to our new friends in St Kilda!

*UPDATE - Summer Singles darts league starting Thursday Feb 6th 2025* Great place for darts, 4 brand new permanent boards with electronic scoreboards situated in the main bar and 6 more in the function room. The darts committee hold regular comps over summer and an 18 -week winter league (teams)that runs on Thursdays from May to end of September. Great social darts and they are very welcoming to new players. Come down any Thursday, bring your own darts or use the venues own. Drinks are cheap - $5.00 for a pot of Carlton draught and the place is packed over summer. The darts boys stage international exhibition games and over the years have featured Dimitri Van Den Bergh, Brendan Dolan, Michael Manley and Terry Jenkins

Great club in the city, got good facilities, with some great value drinks. Staff were good with the group and helpful with tips for first timers as we were all new. Absolutely recommend coming down and giving the bowls a go here

A hidden gem for Lawn Bowls and for hosting office events. There is a 3P parking meter right near outside the club. Or you could use the underground parking in Woolies. Be careful about the parking wardens. My team and I had a great time barbecue and playing lawn bowls. The place is kept as it is from 1860s, the vintage look inside is quite amazing for some photo shoot. The staff were extremely friendly and thankful. The menu is aptly priced and our bill was well under the budget.
