Went to this place as it’s the closest. Each time I go here it’s even more painful than the last. I was standing in the shop for literally 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to serve me. Then the weird lady with the mask comes out and completely ignores me. I called the shop as it’s seemed I was literally invisible. Some lady named Kathryn answered, I said I need service at the front. I’ve been here for a while. Her response was like two minutes ? This place is an absolute joke. I will never step foot in the place again. If another pool supply starts up nearby, they’ll do much better.

I come to this store to have my pool water tested and to get help maintaining my pool. Unfortunately, my experience with Kathryn was extremely disappointing. Rather than offering guidance or expertise, she made her dissatisfaction with my pool water and my level of knowledge very clear, leaving me feeling belittled instead of supported. Customer service should involve helping and educating customers, especially when they are paying for a service. I'm happy to pay $7.50 for a water test but don't give me your ego and patronising attitude. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. ***** Thank you for the response. My issue was never the questions, it was the tone and lack of constructive and empathetic customer service. Being new to pool ownership is exactly why I came in.

Two very different experiences: Glen, who comes out to your pool is Uber-efficient, knows his trade, quickly and efficiently gets the job done. The ladies in the shop, on the other hand, do their utmost to delay your request, lose paperwork “oh look it came back today” 3 weeks later, and fail to explain costs. Plus when they quoted a repair it was cheaper to get a new part. If you’re not buying your pool or spa from them then I’d look elsewhere.
