Went here to change the battery for my garage door remote couple of weeks ago. The employee/ owner was really rude. He really need to change his behaviour towards the customer. He took my key and went to a corner to do the work. When I end up near the corner where he was changing the battery, he raised his voice at me and told to wait at the front cashir. I felt really. offended. The worst part is even after their service, the remote doesn't work. May be he replaced an old battery, who knows. That's how customer would think when you're not transparent. $30 wasted. I WON'T RECOMMEND this place. Thanks

Says clearly on their own website and google they close at 6PM. I arrive at 5:08 and am told very rudely they are closed, I mention online and google it’s 6pm. No acknowledgement of this and told rudely come back tomorrow and staff member walks off. Pretty appalling service, if there’s a change of hours then update your websites.

Came to get my old rip curl watch fixed, help me out without a question, fair priced. The watch had another issue other than the battery and was fixed without a worry. Very happy with the service

When I arrived at exactly 5:30 PM, your staff had already turned off the lights and told me that the store closes at 5:30 PM every day. I was genuinely surprised at how eager they were to leave. To avoid wasting people’s time, please update your stated closing time to 5:30 PM.

Brilliant service and skilled craftsmanship. Claire managed to change the battery in my mum’s tiny Chppatd watch with such an unusual mechanism that other people couldn’t attempt. She was friendly, fast, efficient and lovely! She’s also fabulous with bag and shoe repairs. Thanks so much Claire!
