Excellent customer service, very friendly and accommodating staff. Very reasonable prices we purchased stones, and even free use of a trailer for two hours with any purchase. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for being so helpful. Gift certificate well received. 😀

I paid $880 for this tiny pile of wood that is meant to be 2 tonnes. We tried very hard to rectify the situation with the owner but to no avail. I would steer very clear of paying upfront on their website and wait until delivery before paying.

First time customer: I made a late night online order of firewood (2scoop) through their website, I received communication via email the following morning. Which was convenient and easy. Friendly comms. The wood arrived midday today. Very happy with the purchase. The service does not include the wood being stacked. So have your PPE/wheelbarrow handy ☺️ Very happy overall with the service, thanks to the team at Baldivis firewood and garden supplies.
