Bunnings Baldivis — Retaining Walls in Baldivis, WA

Disappointed with the cut shop. Their staff need some additional training. Other stores understand the cut policies but clearly this store haven't given proper training on what the procedures and policies actually mean and how they work. Wouldnt get them to do anything again as you will leave frustrated and ultimately ripped off.

Really happy with the service I received today . No idea the store manager was serving me ! But he was really helpful and taught me a few things haha. The other staff member when I walked in was also lovely and pointed me in the right direction . Will definitely be shopping here again !

I visited Bunnings Baldivis to buy a toolbox that showed as in stock online, but I couldn’t find it anywhere on the shelves when I got there. Big thanks to Bonnie and the team for stepping in and helping straight away. They checked the system and searched the store until they found the item for me. Bonnie was incredibly friendly and helpful, and even offered my partner and me a complimentary coffee, which was a really nice surprise. Amazing customer service and such a welcoming team. Thank you to the Bunnings Baldivis crew . I really appreciate the help

Bunnings displays products but they don't have stock.. so frustrating wanted to buy and end up just with a picture... we just wanted the Gazebo for this summer... 😔

7/12 7:30 AM at register 1 (see photo for ID) - If you don't want to serve people, find another job. You've been open 30min and you can't be bothered looking at a customer, smiling, racing through (with no customers behind me), nor handing a receipt. You might be miserable, but don't upset other people's wonderful Sunday morning! Went to Rockingham store after this encounter, and it was chalk and cheese - much better experience. Do better.
