Have used Civic for a few years now and always had great service from skilled and talented blokes on their team. Graham a few years ago was a superstar who went all out to re-design our retic to make it spray better and more efficiently. More recently we had Giacomo who solved a complex underground leak with very professional fit and finish afterwards. Very happy with their service overall and I trust them highly.

Troy came out and did a great job with my retic.

A couple of days ago I had a bit of a reticulation drama: turned one station on to test it after winter, and couldn't turn it off - had to shut down mains water, nothing else had any effect. I called Civic, Jack and his apprentice arrived 3 hours later, and they were brilliant - efficient, fast and thorough, absolutely 'over and above', I cannot sing their praises more highly, I was so impressed by their professionalism. Expected there would be collateral damage, but not at all - when they left there was barely any sign they'd been here. Except that everything was working perfectly! Thank you .....

Troy is seriously awesome – he runs the business like a pro and makes it look easy. With Yash, Jacko, Gus, Quinton, and Roshan backing him up, you know you’re in good hands! The experience is always smooth and stress-free.

We would not recommend Civic Reticulation at all, for anything. Our recent encounter with Troy left us both shocked and disappointed. Instead of addressing our concerns, Troy seemed more focused on deflecting responsibility and showed little ability to handle customer enquiries. Last week, Troy replaced our bore, after which the electrician unexpectedly informed us that a main pipe was also broken. We thought this warranted a question about the possible impact of the bore replacement on the broken pipe. However, when my son enquired about this, Troy’s response was immediately defensive. He claimed, ‘I might have snapped it when I put the bore in, but it wasn’t my fault, it was installed skew in the first place.’ This remark felt more like an accusation than an explanation, leaving us feeling chastised for a genuine concern. We let this pass, hoping it was a simple miscommunication. Unfortunately, Troy became increasingly hostile, cutting me off while I was talking, and making extremely loud and rude comments about me (68 years old) to his colleague Gus while my son was standing next to him. ‘Tell her to be quiet and let us finish’. My interference was suggesting to Gus that the system might not be working since the fuse board switch was turned off. After Troy started shouting, I became upset. When my son explained that my husband had died quite recently and that I was anxious, he went on a tirade about not wanting to deal with anxious people. Troy’s anger escalated, he shouted, half buried the pump and drove off. Kindly, Gus tidied this up for us. Overall, Troy’s volatility created a distressing situation, leaving us feeling confused and upset by his inability to communicate to us about the process, or address any questions.
