This company has gone bankrupt. Had them to install artificial grass and pavers throughout, spent about 7k. The soil gets washed out and a few things to fix, contacted the company, no response. Apparently, they have gone bankrupt. Cant claim for warranty. Too bad, eventually I had to get someone else to fix and paid extra. :(

The service I received from Michael was exceptional. His knowledge and expertise made our job a whole lot easier. When we made a error in regards to calculating how much lawn we required he was only too happy to assist in rectifying the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Art-Official. and Michael. i have been dealing with this company and their artificial turf products for many years,,, Michael is very easy to deal with and makes my life easy with orders etc... I highly recommend their turf products as i have used them all many times over ... Thanks to all the crew there...

There was an initial one off issue with the product, however Michael went out of his way to rectify it quickkly. I was very impressed by his customer service, it was first class - and the final product looks absolutely awesome, very happy
