I’d heard really good things about the friendly, knowledgeable service here, so I went in and spoke with Paul about an issue I was having with a leaking Galcon fitting. Paul patiently and clearly explained what the problem was - he’d heard of it happening to others - and he even brought over the exact item he had in the store to demonstrate how I should go about trying to rectify the issue. And Hey Presto! I did what he said and it worked a treat! I’m ever so grateful for the advice today, and will certainly go back again and again for all my retic needs - and will recommend to all my gardening clients also. Thanks so much Paul!

Josh and Paul have been so helpful. I’ve never attempted to install reticulation before but with their guidance they made it seem very simple. Like another review on here I wish I had seen them sooner. Will definitely recommend them to friends.
