Their receptionist AND their gardeners told me they would send me an invoice when their service was complete. Then the owner called me and accused me of trying to dodge payment saying I was supposed to pay the day before the service iaw their email. But they hadn't sent me an invoice! If you dont send me an invoice how or what am I meant to pay and where am I meant to pay it to? THEN SHE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY "I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE AND WE WILL COME TO COLLECT PAYMENT" LIKE SOME SORT OF GANGSTER!! Get your shit together guys for real. This is embarrassing behaviour. And honestly incredibly offensive. Disgusting. Definitely avoid this business. Edit to correct their response: "Thank you for your feedback. We dispute this review as it is misleading and does not accurately reflect the facts. The service was booked through our online booking request form, which requires acceptance of our Terms and Conditions prior to submission. These terms clearly state that payment is required prior to the service being carried out and the charges were also given to you, for the payment to be settled via our payment form link found on our website." FALSE. I booked via email and phone, I NEVER filled out any form other than a request for a quote. "All terms were provided in advance and were applied exactly as published. No charges were applied outside of our stated conditions." The terms and conditions in your confirmation email stated I must pay before the service. BUT THERE WAS NO INVOICE PROVIDED AND I HAD ONLY RECEIVED A QUOTE WITH NO BANK DETAILS TO PAY TO. When I asked the receptionist AND the gardener on how I should pay they BOTH told me that an invoice would be provided AFTER the service is completed. "We keep clear and accurate records of all bookings and confirmations. For factual clarification, we encourage customers to contact our office directly rather than publishing statements that misrepresent the situation." Clearly you DO NOT. Because you, the owner, and what you're staff tell your customers is COMPLETELY incoherent. And you WOULD NOT listen to reason. Instead you decided to throw threats and accusations at me like some PSYCHO. You are DODGY AS HELL. The most APPALLING business owner I have EVER dealt with. After I stated OVER AND OVER again that I would pay the invoice AS SOON AS I HAD ONE TO PAY. I also just want to say here for the record, that the receptionist Danica was actually very polite and the gentlemen that did the work on our lawn did an excellent job. But the owner of this business has done them an ENORMOUS disservice with her conduct and behaviour.
