Caution: Product durability issues and disappointing after-sales support I purchased five garden slabs from this store. Two of them cracked during initial manual handling, before any load was applied. Management (Troy) refused a refund, stating these slabs are "not heavy duty" and blaming the breakage on handling. My expectation as a consumer is that a garden slab should at least survive being picked up and placed on the ground. Due to the refusal to acknowledge what I consider a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, I have escalated this matter to WA Consumer Protection for independent mediation. I advise other customers to be aware of the fragility of this product and the store’s restrictive refund policy before purchasing.

What they sold me as vegemix was nothing but sand and wood. They also charged me for two deliveries but all they did was put them both in one truck. Don't waste your money go elsewhere

Visited the store with my dimensions, I was told how much I needed. I paid the delivery fee, the delivery turned up on time and was dropped in the right place however I was massively short for what I needed. I called and booked more but had to pay for delivery again. The fault was as at their end ! I don’t agree I had to pay 2 delivery charges.

Really disappointing now as the prices are going up and the volume of what you get, seems to be smaller than what it used to be. I'm sure I used to get a 'heaped' bucket load in the past, now I only get a levelled out bucket load. I also have to contend with heaps of sticks etc that have to be thrown out that cannot be considered as mulch - just look at my photograph. Poor quality product!
