Avoid startco at all times,they delayed my job by 8 weeks, And delivered my roof and flashings wrong size, five times, They sent the order five times wrong, Very bad service, Also a lot more expensive when comparing to other supplier.

Very disappointed... zero star's Late response and they will forget about your order if not reminded every 30 seconds... I've been waiting for 8days...they forgot twice. I had them quote on one single job and got three different results wildly different prices$$$ each time.. Please don't waste your time.. there are other more competent suppliers out there.. Update: when they send you the wrong items, it was easier for them to write it off.. now I'm stuck with a load of short posts I didn't order..

Ordered a 2 Door Foldable Cabinet on the 17th Oct order ending in 369. - I Followed up the order via email on the 16th Nov, and received a response from Kathy, I was told they were "having a stock issue with this product the last lot we received were damaged" and that "Once I have one I will give you a call". I did not receive a call back. - I followed up again on the 4th December via email, to see a status update and or provide an alternative cabinet. I did not receive a response. - I called the store on the 13th December to check on the status of the order, and was told the ladies computer was not working so she couldn't check the order and would call back. I did not receive a call back. - I called on the 20th December to check on the status of the order, and was told the order was delivered on the 19th October (which it was not), and that they would have to email the delivery team and get back to me. I have not heard back. All I want is my cabinet, an alternative or a refund if stock is not available, this should not be this hard.

Mixed reviews. It depends on the staff member. Remembering that the company is only as good as its worst employee. Fabulous help from Canningvale store, phones lines there as well. Pretty ordinary at Malaga except for a man who came to my rescue following a young woman who appeared quite entitled and came across as arrogant
