I strongly recommend do not use this company poor workmanship did not install grass properly. The owner washed his hands of me when I presented him with a probably Was very abusive Shonky job Wouldn’t give me a receipt

Not good to do business with them. I called the number in their website, someone answered but didn’t talk to me properly, no phone courtesy rude approach considering he is talking to a possible customer… just hanged up the phone. I went straight to their office in canningvale, says open until 5pm, when arrived there it’s closed and lock. There’s a sign outside saying to call the phone number if office unattended. I tried to call 3 times but no answer. Then suddenly I got a text message from that number… ??… only two question marks. It’s really rude and unprofessional. That’s not how to do business and entertain customers.

Install just completed and am very happy with the results so far. As mentioned by others the installers did not speak English as their first language, but they were very easy to deal with, very friendly and very helpful when I asked questions etc. Had no issues communicating with them.

Grass lasted about 1year before it started getting dark lines through. I assumed they would go away in time. Text the owner of the business who has done 5 jobs for me previously. He said I need a receipt, which was never given to me. I showed him our texting history of the install and I paid the installer as I had to go out. He still didn’t want know, help or come up with solution. He then blames it on the factory.

I strongly DO NOT recommend. The total amount kept changing after the job started and they kept claiming that materials were not included in the original quote. When I asked for an itemized official invoice they said they do not provide such invoices and threatened to uproot the grass if I didn't pay them straight away. I felt threatened as I was alone and didn't know what they would do to me so I paid them. The workers do not speak any English so it was hard to communicate with them. The threats were coming from their boss via text messages. Very unsatisfied! One star is being generous.
