Chose the slice 80 for accent lighting above the kitchen benchtop. Travis was helpful and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back for future feature lighting.

I saw some pendant lights in the window at Alti, which I enquired about for my kitchen. I asked the sales representative in store if I ordered them, would I be able to return them if they were not suitable, as it’s difficult with lighting until one sees it in situ. She said that there may be a ‘restocking fee’ if I chose to return them. I paid the requested deposit and when they arrived in store, my husband paid the balance and collected them. I was away in Melbourne and when I returned and saw them in situ, they weren’t right for the space. I contacted the store and was advised that I couldn’t return them. I said I was happy to exchange them for something else and they said that they wouldn’t take the pendants back. I went into the store and spoke with the manager/owner, who rudely advised me that the sales representative would have ‘never said that.’ He was adamant that they would not take the pendant lights back, regardless of the fact that I was happy to exchange them for something more suitable, less the ‘restocking fee’ of whatever that was. But, to be told that I was lying, that ‘the sales representative would have never told me that.’ Where would I have heard about a ‘restocking fee’, as I’ve never been told about this before? Nice lights, but appalling customer service!

Alti Lighting were quick to respond to my online enquiry, helpful and the product was delivered to New Zealand from Perth within 5 days. Exactly the correct item that I needed. Great to work with.

I'm not sure if this store still has the same owner, but a few years back my parents spent $500 on a pair of lamps that Alti were supposed to send to QLD. My parents never received them and never got a refund - we're not sure they were ever sent. I wouldn't give any stars if it were possible.
