Need a better customer service

Part of my experience is nice to explore the new brand, however after spending $$$$ in store I decided to return the items as it didn't match the dress code. The staff member said there is no refund for the in store purchases, which wasn't clarified before the purchase and there was no sign in store saying "No Refund" to the purchased items. I think keeping the customer informed regarding such policy could enhance the experience rather than hide it without informing the customer which at least pushing me away from such brand. One more thing, it's better to match the policies for the brand in store and online purchase to become the same, as it doesn't make sense to be able to refund your money back when you purchase online, but no refund when you purchase in store.

Normally I don't spend a lot of time in women's clothing stores... but the homewares caught my eye. Couldn't leave without buying some. And the staff are so lovely.
