Thank you so so so much to Ezzie and the party town staff! I showed Ezzie a picture of the poster board and cake we had for our event and she made the perfect custom balloon arrangement. She made a customised balloon with foil lettering, suggested all the colours and arrangements and I could not be happier. She is such a perfectionist and I really appreciated how attentive and kind she was. Everyone absolutely loved them and look how beautiful they are!!! Thank you again Ezzie you made our day 🩷🩷🩷 I will absolutely be recommending party town to everyone I know!

Went in on Saturday and was really impressed by the wide range of costumes and accessories available. The staff were super helpful in guiding us to exactly what we needed, and the store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality costumes and great service!

Don’t go here if you need helium balloons. I bought two bouquets of balloons (10 balloons total) and paid $100 for them. For this price I expected high quality and helium balloons that last. Unfortunately they didn’t even survive two days! When I called (rather than being offered a solution or even a kind gesture) I was just told this is normal with latex balloons. Well, if that´s the case I should have been notified before making the purchase. Waste of money - go to Spotlight to get better quality balloons for a third of the price!
