R.M.Williams Claremont Quarter — Landscaping in Claremont, WA

So I always thought RM Williams were an outstanding business, sadly that doesn’t appear to be the case when things go wrong, they appear to exhibit zero flexibility or customer goodwill. I’ve visited WA every year for the past few years and have bought several items from them including a belt last year. I only just started to use the belt and it’s clear that the poppers that hold the clasp are both defective. They have refused to replace the belt but offered a repair with a six week time frame and no flex. I may not be here when it comes back but apparently they can’t even mention that to their team, very disappointing

I recently bought another pair of boots from Mason at Claremont, I have been a long time customer of RM but wanted to give a shout out to Mason his passion and knowledge of the products materials and construction of the range is second to none. I have 7 pairs now and still learn something new every time I go in there. people with such a passion for what they do are far and few apart these days. keep up the good work and service. On a final note I highly recommend RM Boots the first pair I bought I wore for over 8 years 5 days a week and have only just replaced the heels, quality products that do last ; ) Thanks Martin

Had an issue where I needed some assistance with the size of a recently purchased pair of RM Williams for my wedding. Andrew was very helpful and reassuring during the entire process and was able to resolve the issue within 30 minutes. Absolute legend, saved my wedding!

I am yet to receive an electronic copy of my bill. I was told it would be sent. It has not. The assistant made no effort to get additional trousers I wanted in a different colour. I went to the Williams outlet in Myer Booragoon and the didn’t have them but held a much bigger range of clothes than the Claremont store. I purchased the trousers I wanted on line. What is the point of a store front if it doesn’t have your new range.

Mason made the purchase so simple and was extremely helpful. The only issue I had .... was I had left a phone message earlier in the day but never recieved a call back. However when I rang again I couldn't be any happier with the service provided.
