Had a wonderful experience at DJ when purchasing my hair straightener. Lina was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find the last one in stock, even running back and forth to search for it! I’m so grateful to have been served by her! DJ is soo lucky to have her. Lina definitely deserves a raise!

Old lady in the accessories section was avoiding me and my husband, we were buying a watch which only available at claremont. She just finished with a customer and when she saw us she hurriedly went to a younger staff and told her to served us LOL they also said they couldn’t adjust the strap after we paid but said they could when we asked the first time. I guess the old rcist lady didn’t want to do her job 🤣 I WILL KEEP COMING BACK JUST TO SEE HER IRRITATED OLD FACE 😊🫶

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at David Jones Claremont. When I politely asked a staff member in the Georg Jensen section for help finding a Christmas tree topper, she dismissed me with “clearly you can see I won’t be able to help you because I’m busy” — despite having just assisted other customers moments earlier. Minutes later, I saw her smiling and chatting jovially while helping another shopper. The contrast in treatment was deplorable. If you need homewares, go elsewhere. I will never shop here again.

Be aware of sneaky cashiers. First of all they will try to tell you full price instead of current discounted price, next they'll pretend that they can't find your David Jones membership by phone number and it ends up with claim that they don't see any voucher at your account. Because low signal in the mall no option to find info in the phone. Needed to go outside to load my account and come back to prove voucher is there. All that while smiling and pretending that nothing happens and of course no sorry for such a "service". Sad, expected much better from such a fancy place. If management will be interested ready to share details and names

David Jones was amazing as I was looking for a few outfits… but the service! The worst was country road if I had realised the shop was further down the shopping centre I certainly would’ve gone there… they were amazing! The lady at DJ just unpacked clothes and served cust at counter when I asked for matching pieces she was rude and could not be bothered as she didn’t have to try hard to make a sale The Veronica Mayne lady was unbelievable!!!! So helpful and interested in peoples needs
