I’ve been using Diamond hire for years with no problem. A couple of months ago I had an unfortunate experience with a very rude customer service person. This led me to walk away and hire from an alternate company. I sent in a letter of complaint, received confirmation that they would review the complaint with the person concerned, I have head nothing since so I can assume management are happy with their employees behaviour. I won’t be going back there any time soon. Garry

I have rented various pieces of equipment from this place over the years. Last October I rented a couple of Acrow props for a job I thought would only take a few weeks that ended up taking 6 months. I was a bit nervous returning the props that my wallet was going to take a beating. However, the customer service here is fantastic. From the keen young fellas who help load the gear safely, to the guys at the desk that gave me a really fair price despite me having their gear waaaay longer than expected, I would definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking to hire.
