Mowlawner Landscaping Services — Lawn Mowing in Cockburn Central, WA

Extremely disappointing experience with Mowlawner Landscaping Service / Limber Forest Pty Ltd (Jason). We accepted a written quote for landscaping works at our property in Floreat. The final invoice was approximately double the quoted amount. When we raised concerns about the drastic increase, we were met with threats of legal action rather than a clear explanation or professional discussion. The job was also left incomplete, forcing us to engage and pay another contractor to finish the works properly. In our experience, this business demonstrated poor communication, poor contract management, and unprofessional conduct. We would not recommend them and strongly caution others to have extremely detailed written agreements, fixed pricing, and variation approvals in place before proceeding. One of the worst service experiences we’ve had in years. JASON ALSO BLOCK US

Jason and his team did an amazing job installing our new reticulation system and laying fresh lawn. From start to finish, Jason was professional, helpful, and incredibly easy to deal with. He took the time to explain everything, made sure we understood how the system worked, and nothing was too much trouble. The lawn looks fantastic, the retic runs perfectly, and the whole process was stress-free. Really happy with the quality of the work and the service. I was really happy with Jason throughout the entire process. He was transparent, didn't take any shortcuts and finished the job properly. Although he took his time to complete everything, I was also impressed with how hard his team work to complete the job and the turn around time was quick. I obtained a few quotes and he was the only that considered everything and provided valid feedback before we commenced, so there was no surprises once we started the work. Would highly recommend.
