Flametree Creative — Landscaping in Cottesloe, WA

I engaged Flametree Creative for branding and packaging services, but the experience was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, the service lacked professionalism, and the final deliverables did not meet the expectations that were agreed upon. Despite raising concerns, I felt there was little genuine effort made to reach a fair resolution. Throughout the process, I felt bullied and taken advantage of. The matter ultimately ended up in the Magistrates Court. I felt pressured into settling under circumstances I believe were unfair. I am now left covering almost the full claim amount, despite the original service being, in my view, incomplete. I strongly urge others to proceed with caution and to ensure all communications and expectations are thoroughly documented if choosing to work with this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Flametree Creative.

The staff at Flametree Creative are always so friendly, helpful and prompt with their replies. Recently I have been dealing with Sam, who is absolutely brilliant! Nothing is ever too much trouble and her communication is flawless. The quality of work they produce is always of an impeccably high standard. Thank you Flame Tree, we love working with you!

I'm a very small startup business and I was blown away with Flametree. I got to speak to the owner of Flametree first and they took the time to speak with me and quoted me for everything I'll need to expand in the future even though I'm a small client so it's nice to not be brushed aside. You get to speak with your designer easily if there's any problems (Grace was brilliant) Excellent service and flexible payment options. Definitely recommend especially if you're starting out.
