We can sum up our Humphrey Homes experience in one word: AMAZING! The design is amazing. The process was amazing. The team is amazing. And now the home we are about to move into is beyond our expectations amazing. From the very beginning, Humphrey Homes truly stood out as the builder of choice for us. We first noticed them when they built the house next door - every trade was there like clockwork, early and punctual, and that level of professionalism immediately impressed us. Seeing the finished homes, including our neighbour’s and several others at Home Opens, completely won us over. The attention to detail, the stylish design, and the sheer craftsmanship were second to none - absolutely beautiful. One of the biggest drawcards was their incredible “One Stop Shop” approach. Dean, his brilliant architect Helen, the delightful interior designer Kestryn, and all the talented craftsmen work together seamlessly as a cohesive, professional team. It made the entire process feel effortless. Every single person we dealt with was warm, friendly, and responsive. Whenever we needed guidance, they were there - genuinely helpful and a pleasure to work with. When the endless choices felt overwhelming, they gently narrowed things down to options that perfectly aligned with our vision. We always felt they truly cared about building the home we imagined, and their experience and impeccable taste made all the difference. Now that our Humphrey Homes house is complete, we are beyond thrilled. It has come together even better than we dreamed. We are so grateful to Dean and his fantastic team and would recommend them without hesitation.

We've been in our carefully designed and crafted Humphrey Home for a little over 18 months now, and our romance with our home just keeps growing! Helen designed the functional and liveable spaces to integrate our busy lives. Joie did an amazing job on our interior to create a warm homely feel, and Dean and the building team have produced a hard-wearing home that looks as fabulous today as the day we moved in. I've said it before, but I will repeat myself here "We would build with them again tomorrow". It is the highest recommendation I can give them.

Completion of our home in December 2024 represented the culmination of a conceptualisation, design and build project that commenced in August 2022. We could not be more pleased with our home and cannot recommend Dean and his team highly enough. They are a client-centric organisation and everyone involved has clearly signed up to Dean’s vision around client satisfaction, creativity and quality. It was inspiring to be involved in a collaboration with the Humphrey Homes team that resulted in a spectacular home beyond our expectations. We were not planning to build, but after searching for several months we couldn’t find what we wanted or face another home open so found a block instead. The next task was choosing a builder, but that was an easy decision, being both a licensed builder and licensed architecture firm, selecting Humphrey Homes was very simple. To have our architect and builder working in the same business is such a unique combination, it gave us the confidence our home would be architecturally beautiful while also pragmatic and achievable. Working with everyone at Humphrey Homes has been an absolute pleasure. We have been completely blown away by the care and incredible efforts they go to get everything perfect, our concrete slab is a work of art! We can’t wait to see how it all comes together; we know it’s going to be perfection!
