From our first consultation at the Pool Expo to site visits with Matt everything was handled so smoothly and the whole process was stress free. Thankyou Ash and Caroline you girls are a powerhouse, professional and so knowledgeable when it came to the millions of questions I continued to ask. Our pool was completed in the timeframe given, the installation team was respectful and communicated very clearly to me on the day. We had our pool installed mid February by Buccaneer Rockingham. Our experience was almost faultless. Caroline from the office was fantastic, the install team and supervisor were awesome and kept us in the loop the whole way. The blanket box install guys didn’t really listen to what I wanted and I had to fix afterwards, and the handover and final clean wasn’t the best. All in all a very positive experience for us with a little room for improvement
