A disastrous and traumatizing experience! I have never been so poorly welcomed in a sports complex. Special mention goes to Joy Ryman, a downright rude person who seems to have no understanding of respect or professionalism. She spoke to us as if we were worthless, with a condescending and aggressive tone that bordered on insulting. The toxic atmosphere she creates permeates the entire complex. We came to have a good time but left feeling traumatized and deeply disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend this place as long as people like Joy Ryman are working there. If you value your dignity and mental well-being, stay far away from this complex.

Ripped turf which can cause terrible injuries to the players, broken fences and net. Ball keeps going out through every side. One group has to stop the game to give access to the other group.

Booked a ground on 21/01/2024 at 9am Sunday morning and we didn’t play as the gate was closed . Waited for 30mins but no one came. Tried to contact through phone and email but no response. I lost my money. No refund.

Bad experience. Booked the ground from 9 to 10 am. They gave us the wrong code to open the gate. Called them several times but no answer. There was no other means to communicate. I received mail for my confirmation and receipt, I tried replying but was not able to. There was another team like us waiting. What a waste

Amongst the two pitches, one is beyond atrocious. One is relatively better but still requires new turf to be laid out. The one we booked was the worst I have ever seen in all the years I’ve played. Will not recommend and I would suggest you look elsewhere if you don’t want to injure yourself badly. Have a look at the photos. Exposed concrete, ground not level and worn out turf all along. Disgusting how we have to pay for this!!! I need a full refund 0 stars
