I called up and spoke to Catherine on the phone - not only did she have extensive knowledge about what i was looking for but she was also super friendly and easy to speak too, Within minutes Catherine knew exactly what i was looking for and assisted me in the needed equipment- at the best price i had received out of all the companies i had spoken too. Came into store to get some information on a DIY plan and was looked after by a gentleman named Markus. He spent the time to explain everything to me in great detail which helped me a lot as up until this point the service I had received elsewhere had been lackluster to say the least! Could not have asked for better service! Markus is an asset to this store and company.

Needed some parts for an aquaculture set up on my block, went into Forrestdale Nutrien Water. Jonno and his team were very knowledgeable about pumps, parts and retic. The customer service was so good they even gave me contacts for pond liners and a quick turnaround order to suit my schedule, all with smiles and a laugh. Great company, couldn’t recommend enough, I’ll be a repeat customer for sure 👍👍👍

Best irrigation supplies in Perth, best service from Cat. They have a full range of all irrigation needs and if it’s not on the shelf they will have it in quick smart. I can’t recommend them enough. All great people that think only of there customer needs
