Terry was rude and unhelpful. I rang Wednesday and was told to send a txt with my dimensions and he would respond by Wednesday night. On Friday I messaged again to make sure they were receiving my messages. By Friday afternoon, I rang and asked if they had Marri timber in the sizes I required as I hadn’t heard back. Was told they were busy but they had plenty of Marri and I’d definitely find something. Turned up on Saturday and Terry showed me timber that was not in the size I required. I spotted some Marri in a stack and we said he wouldn’t cut it or show it to me. The product was $3000.00. I said, if I’m going to purchase and spend $3000, I’d like to see it. His response was I think you should go elsewhere. Travelled 1 hour. Don’t waist your time going here.

Really great on the spot service. They were able to help us with 8 custom hard wood support blocks on the spot. Super friendly and customer service centric. Thank you so much Damian for helping us out in a pinch. Really appreciate it, will definitely be back for more wood work.

I have used FTT multiple times for native timber supplies for my projects. I recently used their services to get about 2t of slabs flattened. Terry picked them up, got them turned around in a very reasonable time frame and delivered them back to us. Great job!

Fremantle Timber Traders has an amazing collection of timbers, and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I've always loved fine timber - spent years of my life doing carpentry - but you need to be able to source good timber stock. This place is "special" - I wish I could dream up more things to make! The staff are friendly & helpful, which always makes for a good experience.
