The Watershed Water Systems — Irrigation in Jandakot, WA

Was hesitant to use watershed for my retic design and supply due to the reviews but had an excellent experience from will and gui. Both were super friendly and really helpful. Highly recommend.

My shadow won't darken their doorway again. FAIL: 4mm flexi tube and barbed fittings. On a garden extension the new tubes blew off, but not on the existing tubes and fittings. While the new fittings are undersized or the tube oversized, the old fart behind the counter blamed it on pressure and recommended tie wire. I better get it from Bunnings as Watershed's wire may not handle the pressure. Lindsay Dylan

Weird experience, old mate will not sell you anything without first wasting your time. Go anywhere else, Bunnings, WA Retic, the old codger will micromanage and coerce you into something you probably don’t want. Don’t waste your time with it.

Some staff I’ve dealt with are friendly and helpful. If you need a system designed or advice or specialty parts, go to them. If you know what you’re doing and buying general items, you will find Bunnings also have the same stock for much cheaper. I was shocked when they wanted to charge me almost $20 for 6m length of 20mm pvc pipe. For that price I could get the same PLUS 2 snags to go with that from Bunnings!

The fella running the place (Gui) is excellent. A huge improvement to the shop. I told him what project I had in mind. He collected everything from around the shop, asked relevant questions, ordered in necessary parts and contacted me promptly when they arrived. Highly recommend them and I will be back.
