ot a site visit and quote on the 19th December, was told he would contact me between Christmas and new year, that didn’t happen. I’ve replied to the email twice since the new year, no reply. I’ve called the office twice and was told Norman would call me back, hasn’t happened. It’s now the 15th Jan my emails are still not being answered ane I can’t get taking to anyone who knows what’s going on. Complete waste of time, very unprofessional. I will use another business to do the work and I’d advise others to do the same.

Overall, we had a very good experience with Jays Jandakot: Suria, who measured and quoted, patiently answered my many questions; the installers were excellent - they listened to and fulfilled my requests/suggestions and were very thorough in all parts of the process. The site was left clean and tidy. Customer service was also very good.

Jay and his team are fantastic! They were quick to come out to my house, gave me just the advices we needed and supplied quotes shortly after with various options tailored to our needs and budgets. All staff involved were very helpful and quick to repose my queries and requests. Workers on site were friendly and worked fast. They finished the job within a day which suited us well as we had travel arrangements soon after. I would definitely recommend Jay and his team to everyone for synthetic grass installation in Perth.
