Outstanding service from Neil at Master Minit Joondalup. I dropped my car key off just before closing and was told it would be ready between 9–9:30am the next day. I arrived early at 8am and Neil had it ready for me by 8:30am, before opening time. That’s going above and beyond. Efficient, reliable, and genuinely great customer service. When you're looking for a place like this, you know you have some nice nacs to get done. Make sure you go to Mister Minit in Joondalup and nowhere else. Its worth the travel! Talk to Rob because he is your go-to guy. Exceptional customer service, honest and up-front. I wouldn't trust my things fixed, engraved or replace by anyone else.

Such a great experience! The service was friendly, quick, and professional. I had a name etched onto a glass as a gift by Rob, and it came out absolutely brilliant — the detail and finish were better than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back for more custom pieces!

Brought a very worn old car key in to be cut. I had doubts about it even being able to be copied. I left with two brand new ones that worked perfectly cut to the original spec. Super quick turnaround and excellent service. Will be back for some new key fobs soon.
