The best customer service I have received ! My irrigation has always been okay but never great or optimal. I have struggled to get the advice I need without having a contractor complete the whole thing for me but as I am able to most of the labour myself, I called CIS who ran me through everything. I measured up my whole backyard and drew out all sprinkler locations. Sent it to CIS and they worked out exactly which sprinklers I should block off and if any needed moving. I did a water test so CIS could recommend the best nozzles for my pressure and flow. Its exactly what I needed and couldn't be happier with the level of service Victor gave me - he went out of his way to help me and I wont be going anywhere else. Before you spend your money elsewhere and risk wasting your time and cash, do your homework and give CIS a call. Quality products and outstanding service

If you want decent honest service then this place is the place to go I just heard so much bullsit in what i needed for my project that the prices were a thousand dollars difference with no explanation. I spoke to the guys here and i just genuinely felt they were interested in getting my job done the right way. I was made to understand why and what i needed to achieve the best results Thanks once again

Very friendly and helpful. Helped us fix the long sections of piping to our car to get home safely. Good prices and so easy to find exactly what we needed. Will definitely be buying from here again. Highly recommended.
