Bunnings Joondalup — Landscaping in Joondalup, WA

Disappointed with the trade section. After going to two other stores with incorrect inventory I found the item I wanted on the shelves in the trade section in joondalup too high to reach. I asked three staff standing together in the trade section and they said you will need a forklift. After asking how to get that they said ask the trade desk. Went to the trade desk and asked and the person said the item wasn't in stock in spite of me seeing it. I repeated that I can see it I need help getting it down and she said the other forklift operator was on lunch break. A young guy then said he would cover the desk and she said it wasn't in stock. The young guy said if the customer has seen it we should at least look. He walked over and confirmed it was there apologised he wasn't operate the forklift and the other forklift operator was on an hour break. What stunning customer service. I ended up driving to cannington to get it.

A big THANKYOU to Ange in the gardening section today. She was soooo helpful in finding the plants i was after, i wouldnt have bought anything without her assistance. The ladies on the checkout in the gardening section always very friendly and kind. Also want to mention the staff in the cafe, a group of us go every week and the service we get is second to none .

Older gentlemen at Joondalup Bunnings with glasses working today around 1:45pm in the lawnmower section helped me buy the right edger/battery whipper snipper and took the time to show me how everything worked and some can use attachments, about the warranty. Best customer service I’ve ever had 🙌🙌👏👏

I mean I just came for the 24/7 sausage sizzle but that’s another story the line was so long. This Bunnings is very big and had a huge variety of things you can buy. Staff made me feel uncomfortable as I wanted to buy an axe to chop wood with but wow following me around with your cameras an eyes was not cool. Next timer come back I best be treated like a number one bunnings customer, people who are north of the river are very different to south of the river people. I will keep the way you treated me in mind when I visit again.

Well stocked store with friendly staff who are willing to assist. Great range of plants including natives and nursery items, as well as most building supplies, outdoor equipment, outdoor furniture and lots more. On the weekends you’ll more than likely be able to grab a sausage sizzle while supporting a local fundraising group and I think the real winner is being able to warm your hands with a GOOD barista coffee to enjoy to make your shopping experience just that bit more enjoyable.
