Not interested in helping me with a part for my mower. What he didn't know is that I drove around the corner and spent 1Kon a new one. What happened to good old fashioned service. I have been a retail manager for 2 decades and a 2 dollar sale with some help, would have got you a sale. You need to treat every sale as an opportunity to up sell!! invest time in your customers and they will return but look at it as omg a 2 dollar sale. Stuff that..... Really???

Matt was extremely helpful. My Rover lawnmower has come back working perfectly, better than it's been for years and in a quick turnaround. Price was reasonable too. So glad i didn't buy a new one. Highly recommend them

Dropped my 1980's Briggs & Stratton in for some maintenance. 3HP motor was new in 1997 and the carburetor was playing up plus the pull start spring was stuffed. I couldn't get it to start. The team at JM&M had it for a week and it has come back in full operating condition with a couple of little extra things I didn't realise being fixed also. I was only without my mower for 1 week from Saturday to Saturday and the price was surprisingly reasonable. There is also a very detailed description of the work carried out on the bottom of the invoice. No issues at all recommending this business for small engine servicing and repairs.
