We were walk ins hoping for some product inspiration for an owner build. Left to our own devices and all samples stowed away in cupboards with no labels so obviously only for people who book a tour with a builder. The perfume smell is overkill and terrible for people sensitive to scents. Left with nothing but a headache.

This is a fantastic concept and venue. My wife and I visited several times and it was the deciding factor in our selecting Dale Alcock to build our forever home to downsize too. I highly recommend a tour as they have service for interior design, product selection, electrical design, home design etc all in one spot and the staff are lovely and helpful.

My initial exp here was awesome, i had several consultations with Steve J and ended up locking in a pre works contract with him! He was very professional, knowledgeable and had a great optimism for my build! Also had a quick tour with Jess which was great because I didn't know such a place existed and it really is a one stop shop for building! Easily best showroom iv ever seein, the fact that they even have reps from other companies stationed there to help is awesome! I loved the place and am looking forward to coming back for selections 😎

My wife and I recently signed up for a build and have found Jess Ambrose to have been really lovely and helpful with giving us a great showroom tour and guiding us with our selection portal for our upcoming new home which we are really excited for. Jess has been very friendly and kind to us and we thank her for her hospitality.

Everytime we have been to the home collective we have had the best time. The space is beautiful and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend if you want design inspiration or what to start building.
