Retic'Tech — Landscaping in Morley, WA

I usually don't write online reviews. However, on this occasion, I wanted to return Sebastien favour by letting others in the community know about our experience with him. We have a fairly large landscaping project, so we reached out to several landscaping companies to arrange a site visit and get a quote, but no one responded except Sebastien. He booked us in for a site visit in short notice and came over to our place twice to do the measure up and find the required level with his laser level. He was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. You dont see trades people like him very often. He organised a comprehensive quote showing the cost and quantities of all components. He even followed up with us twice to see if we have any question. However, we have not yet given Sebastien the go ahead as our future in the house depends on the council approving our expansion plan. Regardless of the outcome, I would like to sincerely thank Sebastien for his time and effort, and highly recommend him to every one who is looking for a reliable and professional landscaper.

Excellent experience getting our back yard retic replaced, couldn’t recommend enough. Sebastien was out for a walkthrough and quote within the week even though it was mid-December, the communication was excellent all throughout the process including from the team who attended to do the job. The plan and quote were tailored to our specific requirements and future landscaping plans. Lots of options offered and discussed but no pressure at any point to add or change scope. Highest quality parts used, it’s such a relief to know the job was carried out by a team with so much expertise. Very reasonable price considering the high quality of work. Will definitely be calling again for other landscaping projects in future.

I can’t speak highly enough about Sebastien and his team. They have been brilliant. The attention to detail across the project blew me away. The time and effort spent ensuring all parts of the project were level and square was extremely impressive. The team while onsite worked extremely well together and were very thoughtful of our home and cleaning up after their work. I definitely recommend Sebastien and his team to anyone considering a landscaping project

We engaged Sebastien and his team to upgrade our small backyard which we had struggled successfully to landscape on a few occasions, including a very disappointing experience with another landscaping company. From the outset Sebastien was prompt in responding and extremely easy to work with. He visited the site, quickly offered excellent ideas, developed a plan based on our requirements and locked us into his very busy schedule. Prior to commencing the job he communicated regularly and was always extremely courteous. The team he allocated to the task was sensational and ably led by Daniel. The team worked very hard and were so respectful. They tidied the site at the end of each day and Sebastien made sure he was there to see the progress in the mornings. In the end the job was done in only two days despite access preventing any machinery to be used to remove the exisiting lawn and soil. The whole job was done manually. We were expecting it to take over a week! The result was absolutely transforming with little to no disruption. The cost was very reasonable. I will be contacting Sebastien for any landscaping we need doing in the future.

Seb and his team did an amazing job at our place in Maida Vale. New retic system and a total of 200sqm of lawn. The team was very professional and friendly. Would recommend retic'tech for any job big or small.
