Haven't heard back after many many attempts to contact these guys about the warranty for my beautiful tree in Vic that died shortly after installation. So unethical. Be prepared to lose a lot of money if it dies, read the reviews, I'm not the only one.

I purchased 2 x grasstress ($5,000) from Mike at Margaret River Trees Fremantle. Customer service was amazing until payment was made. I was told by Mike that Grasstrees often die after transplanting and that if this was the case a replacement would be provided free of charge (this warranty is also outlined on their website and business cards) One of the two trees purchased died 1 month after planting. I emailed, called, and messaged Mike, yet no reply. I went back to the yard in north Fremantle and spoke to staff there to arrange a replacement tree, i chose the tree and filled out the paperwork and was told by staff verbally, and via email that Mike would be in touch to arrange delivery... that was over 3 months ago. After more phone calls and messages. Mike has now blocked me on social media and telephone. Do not engage with this company.

The worse after sales service ever received. Paid over $8700.00 plus installation of $5000.00 for 3 plants which had been planted in May 2024 and the grass tree start to die in December 2024. Left messages with Anthony who works for Margaret River Trees verbally and in an sms who does not return calls. Sms the owner Mike many times which has fallen on deaf ears an calls are never returned. Now have to take this company to court to get my money back. This company just quickly takes your money and service is totally pathetic as the tied as soon as they sell a tree that is sick and do not want nothing to do after they have sold it. Stay away from this company and never buy from them. Run as quickly as you can and do not buy from them at all.
