Have a small backyard that is all brick which I wanted the kids to be able to play on… Got a great deal on the cooling style fake grass, cut and laid it myself. It’s been a game changer for the area and I’m stoked with the quality. The heaviness of the product has allowed me to just lay it without glueing or putting pegs in, which is awesome because we’re renting. Thanks a lot for your help guys :)

This is in response to Britt - 2 weeks ago We understand the situation was frustrating. While the delays were unfortunately out of our control due to the contractor, as soon as your partner contacted me, I said I would sort out the contractor myself and made sure you received your turf. At no point did we ignore your concerns. The $3,800 deposit you paid directly to the contractor covered turf, pegs, tape, and cracker dust. After taking the materials, the remaining $230 was promptly paid. It is therefore unfair to claim that I was rude, as I went above and beyond to resolve the issue. False accusations against a business are not appropriate, particularly when you run a small business yourself. We stand by the quality of our work and our commitment to transparency and customer service.

Absolutely disgusting would highly advise NOT dealing with this company. Called up they arranged a junkie he comes out to measure the space provides the quote which we accept and organized a start date. Dylan continously cancels and makes excuses even asked me to pay him xtra cause he didnt have didn't have enough money for materials apparently. not turning up took him 4 weeks later from the original start date, finally starts the job and lays what was spose to be 100mm cracker dust was not AT ALL absolutely useless takes another month ignoring my calls doesn't do the job. I contact the office they were not helpful at all and no remorse for our delay of the job, I contact farhana was extremely rude no care that we have been mucked around for 2months plus and would not honor the quote we were provided. For the price we got was spose to be product and installation instead paid and Got the grass and had to organise someone else to install. Disgusting company.

The artificial turf installation was a complete disaster — poorly executed with minimal attention to groundwork preparation. Instead of a smooth, even surface, the turf now looks lumpy and uneven, with visible dents and raised patches scattered throughout the area. In some spots, the material sinks underfoot, creating soft dips, while other sections bulge awkwardly, making the surface not only unsightly but also hazardous to walk on. The seams between turf panels are poorly aligned and clearly visible, and the infill appears inconsistently spread. Overall, the botched job has turned what should have been a neat, low-maintenance lawn into a warped, unattractive mess. The installer was recommended by the company. Despite contacting him numerous times and being promised that the issue would be fixed, nothing has been done. I’ve attached some pictures. This reflects very poor service from both the company and their installer.
